We are a digital marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands to grow profitably. After IOS 14 updates, we understood that in order to grow a brand sustainably and at profit, it’s not enough to just create Facebook ads campaigns and hope for sales. Instead, we started focusing on the customer journey as a whole, from running Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snap ads, to building email marketing flows and optimizing websites for better conversions.

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our Tribe.

Here is what you will do:
  • Launching, managing, and optimizing client advertising campaigns across various traffic sources (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc), with Facebook (Meta) as the main platform.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients on improving conversion rates, AOV, LTV and other strategic business and marketing metrics.
  • Engage in direct communication with clients via Slack and Zoom, ensuring effective and timely interactions (most clients prefer written communication)
  • Prepare comprehensive client reports using tools like Whatagraph and Google Sheets.
  • Creative Recommendations. Providing creative direction and recommendations to clients to enhance campaign performance. This involves offering insights on ad creatives, messaging, and user experience to drive better results; creating briefs for designers and creators.
  • Develop tracking plans and ensure the setup and quality assurance of web analytics.
  • Adhere to and enhance internal processes at AdTribe for improved efficiency and results.
  • Create and maintain an internal knowledge base to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and important updates in the social media landscape.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing successful social media ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook) platform.
  • Strong background working with eCommerce projects
  • Upper-Intermediate writing and speaking English skills.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Proven track record of experience in the US market
  • Experience running paid search campaigns on Google
  • Experience running ads on TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
  • Background at a performance marketing agency
  • Experience setting up tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in creating visuals using Canva or other design tools
  • Analyzing and building reports in GA4
